We are seeking individuals with strong customer service ethic and communication skill to join our operations team as Loan Administrators. Applicants should possess sound business judgment, attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. We welcome top college students, as well as experienced loan administrators and documentation managers with experience originating and servicing commercial finance contracts.
Requirements:
Loan Administrators deliver fast, professional service to our equipment manufacturer/dealer partners and their customer base with end-to-end ownership of transactions from receipt of credit approval from the Team Leader through the booking and funding process. Responsibilities include preparing standard and non-standard documents in accordance with credit approval and jurisdictional requirements, ordering UCC searches and following for any waivers that may be required, reviewing executed documents for compliance to credit approval, obtaining and reviewing invoices for payment, preparing and issuing purchase orders as applicable, ensuring that insurance policies are adequate, conducting verbal authorization to fund with customers, setting up pertinent master file information pertaining to the client in the software system, processing requests for checks or wires, and following up with any post closing requirements. The keys to success in high-volume processing are attention to detail, ability to multi-task between transactions in different statuses, but most importantly speaking with command and tact.
Crest Capital provides paid training at full base salary allowing Loan Administrators to earn money while gaining the appropriate education needed to accelerate a successful career in Equipment Finance. In addition to classroom training, each new Loan Administrator will be involved with Developmental Training and our Mentoring Program. Each new Loan Administrator is partnered with a seasoned Loan Administrator to assist with their new career.
